By commissioning me and/or purchasing one of my designs, you hereby agree and understand each term. Failure to do so will result in blacklisting.
1 . Taking inspiration is totally fine! Use the same/similar color palettes etc. But use them in your own way, deliberately copying a design isn’t going to make you better at art. As long as people can differentiate you and I, take inspo!2. Do not delete the original design I created for a character. You may make a separate tab for their old outdated design!3. I do not want your money if you are ANTI-ACAB, racist, bigot, terf, homophobia/transphobe, zoo/proshipper or anything that aligns with those views.4. If I have you blocked and gave no reason, it is likely because you make me uncomfortable. I do not have to explain myself! This is my little online space, and it’s okay to not like some people.5. Do not vandalize my artwork, characters, etc.6. Do NOT send any of my designs to anyone on my blacklist. Doing so earns you a place there as well, and the oc will be revoked.7. Please do not ask me to make a ‘copy’ or ‘inspo’ design out of one of my existing ocs or adoptables / customs. it makes me uncomfortable. It’s okay to ask for certain aspects (I.e. spots on the thighs, hair style similar) but not copying the colors or design.8. Failure to complete payment on a commission or oc, results in me revoking that oc (Custom) and making a beware.9. I do not do refunds!10. If you back out of a hold on an adopt/character after having me keep them on hold for longer than 1 week more than once, I very very likely will not accept holds from you from then on. I understand life happens, but if it happens multiple times you will likely be unable to purchase my designs.
